Greta's Great Grains was started in 1992 by Greta Reineke.  Her mission was simple: to bring the wholesome, organic delicious bread from her native Austria to the local community, and to give them a place to congregate and drink delicious coffee and teas.  

Greta has since expanded her selection to include specialty items for those allergic to Gluten and Wheat, as well as to include many of her family dessert recipes. 

After 14 years in business, three generations of Austrian and German bakers now make this family-owned bakery one of the best in the country.
